The 180-hectare area of TóPARK and the related 36-hectare lake were obtained by the company through acquisitions in 2005. It prepared the TóPARK development concept and construction drawings with the cooperation of nearly 130 people between 2005 and 2007, and since then this project has been the most important activity of the company. It ties up the majority of its capacity in such a degree that the company sold its earlier built projects for the sake of better portfolio management. The project is the largest property development of both Central Europe and Hungary. The volume of the construction exceeds 1.2 billion euros.
