By creating the “city in the city” function and fully rehabilitating former factory and office spaces a new city center emerged. In the new center 160 luxurious apartments, 40.000 sqm of first-class offices and a multifunctional shopping mall were handed over on an area of nearly 5 hectares. The neighborhood of the new center has been significantly upgraded regarding both value and community. It is still considered as one of the most successful projects of Budapest.
